Join this free online mindfulness session every Tuesday 7-8PM (Kuwait time).
A few guidelines about using Zoom:
- Kindly log in on time, making sure your camera and microphone work. It is essintial that we can hear and see each other. It gives a sense of being together.
- Make sure you have a strong Wifi otherwise maybe use your phone with 3G.
